AVOID!

ROOM WAS FILTHY. TV inoperable, Shower drain raised with sharp edges, tile had mold, smell was something really off. Management did not respond to me addressing these issues until after I checked out. Then they "apologized" and gave a lengthy explanation that amounted to nothing. AVOID!

Good place to stay, needs elevator

The hotel was handy to lots of sights and restaurants. The view of the lake was beautiful. The room was fine -- clean and comfortable -- but the building could have been better maintained - just minor things, really. The breakfast was less than average but OK. The greatest need is an elevator.

We stayed in a different room in October and it was fine. The room at Christmas was pretty bad. Shower floor was stained, mold on ceiling, the bathroom sliding door was attached with a tied up plastic bag. Very limited towels. We should have asked to change rooms. On a more positive note, the lobby was fine and we overlook a nice lake that you can walk all the way around. The staff was nice. We spent very little time in the room because we were visiting family.
