This was the worst hotel we've ever been to. There were several stains on the pullout mattress, carpet and lamp, the baseboards were filthy, tv didn't work, not enough linens for 4 people, breakfast served moldy bread. There was only 1 staff member working the front desk and check in took 25 minutes. Would think twice about booking another Homewood hotel in the future.

My first room had a sour smell that was overwhelming. I had to wait for another clean room. The last night of my stay I discovered bed bugs in my room. I had to be moved again and was completely unable to rest.

No regular coffee in the room. I called front desk and they said to come down to lobby and they would provide. I shouldn't have to do this. No ice in the fridge. No ice on any floor and had to call front desk. Person said I could come down and they would give me some ice. I shouldn't have to do this. Two trips to the lobby late that I shouldn't have to make.

Definitely not recommended
Old and dirty hotel. A very bad smell. Room in a pitiful state. No more shower gel. We got 2 face soaps for 5. 3 bath towels for 3 days for 5. They told us they had more. Breakfast... no comment. We had no service. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Especially with children.

I very rarely post negative reviews as I am grateful I had a place to stay. However, it is only fair to others that I warn them properly. Housekeeping leaves early, so when we arrived at 6 pm we were not able to get extra pillows or towels. Those are just details, however. The true problem is hygiene. The rooms are dated, have a musty smell, the old carpet smells, it has a horrible sofa bed, no sheets for the sofa bed (only a dingy fleece-like throw). The bathroom is not clean, and there are stains everywhere including the sofa bed and chair.The only thing going for this hotel is a pleasant receptionist.

I would give 5 stars but the only thing wrong was the bed and cleaning. The bed you can tell is used alot that you sunk right in. And behind the fridge was food that was there for awhile.

Room was a good size and liked the two tvs. While sheets and towels looked clean, walls and carpets could have been cleaned better. Pool was a nice size, but did not look like the perimeter of the pool was cleaned often.
