The entire marketing of this hotel is based on it being an airport hotel with a shuttle to the airport, but it doesn’t have a shuttle. The man at the front desk simply said he didn’t know why that was on the website as they’d never had one. The amount we had to pay for a taxi would have covered staying in a nicer hotel closer to the airport, it’s feels very disingenuous and scammy.

The hotel is nice, but at the time I booked the room the website listed the hotel as having restauranrt and bar open PLUS transport to the airport. When I checked in learned none of this was true. The hotel is overpriced without the amenities they advertised. Important to know - there are no restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed with our grandkids, because of the convenience of the T location, made getting to and from Boston and Salem super easy and didnt have to hassle with a rental car. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again soon.

The only problem is the pillows are so uncomfortable! Everything else is amazing. But definitely need to upgrade to better pillows with such a high quality in Everything else.
