Great location near hospitals. Check-in was very efficient and valet came right away to park the car. However, the guest info said the pool was outdoors which was INCORRECT. There IS a heated indoor pool on the 3rd floor. I discovered it by trying to walk to the gym.

You have to tell them at check in that you want your room cleaned each day? If you don’t ask, they won’t do it! At $451 day with parking, you would think that they’d give you some clean towels without having to call three times!

Clean, large room with floor to ceiling windows. Great seating areas. Perfect location near New England Baptist Hospital. The Punch Bowl restaurant was a nice spot to grab a meal while staying at Hilton without having to go out.
