House Keeping Every Other Day? Really
The hotel is pretty new in a safe location around some restaurants. There is a restaurant and bar inside the hotel and the staff was pleasant. Front desk staff at check in was pleasant. Staff at checkout were crass, short with me and appeared to not want to be there. The young woman was in her phone when I walked up. I greeted her “good morning” nothing in return. I preceded to check out and she was very brief with one word answers to my questions. My room wasn’t made up the second morning. I called the front desk and asked why, he replied we service rooms every other day? This is unacceptable. I’m only here two nights so that means I can’t have my towels swapped out our my room cleaned? Terrible. Other than that the hotel is nice.

I’m so glad we chose this hotel for my birthday! Our room was so big, bright, and beautiful! I LOVED the shower and everything about the room, and hotel as a whole, was so clean and classy. We didn’t visit the restaurant but it looked like it was very nice and I really enjoyed the nice warm pool. We will definitely stay here again!
