Housekeeping staff do not understand what a hotel is. People come to a hotel to sleep. At an. airport hotel, people come from different destinations and time zones. So many also want some rest during the day. In this hotel housekeeping staff communicate by yelling at eachother all the time (early morning, during the day). Totally unsensible towards their clients.

I would give 5 stars, but there was a strike going on- the hotel was short staffed with no wait staff in the dining room, no breakfast and no room service, not to mention the protesters banging drums until 8pm- it also caused a back up of traffic leaving the hotel- those that were working there were courteous and helpful

Beware it can be very noisy with people in and out all hours of the night If you knew how to walk there it would be easy to get to the airport from the hotel but we waited for the bus which was 16 minutes late then it was a push and shove to get on no orderly line up

The staff was very helpful and the driver of the shuttle to the airport was very nice. The room was clean and quiet which was wonderful because we were very tired and they allowed us to stay an extra hour to accomodate our schedule.

I was disappointed in this stay. There are no amenities at all (no toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, slippers, bathrobe… etc.). The shower gel container in the shower was empty, there’s no trash can in the bathroom. There was also hair in the bathroom and bath tub. There was also no dinner service, and even though the restaurant was open after a long flight and another flight I had the next morning I was just hoping for a quick dinner in the room. In the morning I took the shuttle bus to the airport, the driver didn’t close the doors properly so one of my bags (which has my laptop and valuables) fell out of the shuttle and was a bit damaged. They experience and this being a Hilton did not match the price paid at all. Which is such a shame because the staff were really kind and the only thing redeemable in this experience.

Amazing stay, especially for young pianists and early travelers We had a fantastic experience at this Hilton during our trip for a piano competition. The staff were kind and professional, always going above and beyond to help. Alicia and Charles from operations were especially helpful, accommodating our piano practice needs. The hotel features two Boston brand pianos—a grand and an upright—making it the perfect place for families with young piano players. The location is also ideal for those with early flights. It took us just 15 minutes to walk to Terminal B with our 8-year-old, making the early morning departure much more manageable. Highly recommend this hotel for both its exceptional service and convenience for travelers!

There was a staff strike when we arrived. We should have known then to ask for our money back. We couldn’t get supper and already returned our rental car. The building was fine but there wasn’t enough staff and they shut down room service. We waited in line over an hour for food and drinks with no success and ended up going to bed without a meal and leaving at 3am for a 12 hour trip home.
