Rooms were clean and well equipped. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Everything was nice and quiet until the last morning of our stay when a house keeps was talking/yelling so loud in the halls it woke us up.

When we first got in we were asked for a credit card. When booking with hotels.com I received a receipt for $600+ dollars which said paid. I didn’t bring the credit card I had used to book because I had assumed I paid already. Luckily I was able to have a family memeber call over the number but this made check in very inconvenient. For the room, it was clean but the bathroom outlet was broken, exposing inside of the wall and the ceiling looked as if it was peeling. And the hotel is definitely not accommodating at all when it comes to food sensitivities and allergies. There were no gluten free options to purchase as well as no gluten free options for the breakfast. And for that reason we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

This property looked a lot better in pictures than in person. The first night we checked into our room to find out there was absolutely no power other than the bathroom. There was water damage on the interior walls. We switched rooms to a different room. The rugs were stained and didn’t feel very clean. Also to note there was puke on the hallway floors on the 4th floor and gum stuck to fire extinguisher mount the entire stay (2nites). 6th floor where my family stayed there was used latex gloves on the floor as well. Traveled with family that also had even more issues.. I’ll be digging a little deeper to a better bang for my buck next time. Will not stay again. Staff were super rude and argumentative. Not a good look.

Staff charged us twice not realizing we paid ahead through Expedia. Will refund us. Our first room had a dirty shower, missing a shower door, and a missing drawer. They were packed and had to wait another night for a new room. The hallway had puke in it for two days and no one cleaned it up. People were loud in the parking lot all hours of the night. Pool was great. Breakfast was alright. Good Options. Would not stay here again.
