I had two reservations. The first man that checked me in was so kind and helpful. When I went down the next morning I had to do it again. It was a smooth transaction to allow me to stay in my same room but the new woman was rude and didn’t use her words right. Confused customer to thinking she was charging my car again. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good.

Overall great stay - self check in available via the Hilton Honors app (which was incredibly convenient for us because we arrived late the first day), very clean hotel, daily breakfast was great, cleaning of the room every other day to not disturb guests, and a short drive to Salem (and cheaper as well!). We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

staff was polite and helpful. room was run down and old. AC was propped up by pieces of wood. couch was old and dirty. had to pay $5 for parking but with service fee was $6.50. almost $200 for this room. never again. checked out at 1am
