Very good overall….room cleanliness could have been somewhat better. Wish they didn’t charge extra for parking. Staff are very courteous, welcoming, friendly…they are truly great!! Breakfast is very good and above average. Breakfast lady very warm, friendly and welcoming. Plenty of choices to eat nearby. More quiet than you would expect for the area. I would stay again.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and personable. Hotel was very busy and they were busting their butts. Pool was nice and there were actually pool towels and toys for kids which was nice touch. Lots of snacks and breakfast was good. Now the bad. The location and how to get in and out of the hotel is horrible and not safe. Hotel Ave is a nightmare. I don’t remember seeing anything about parking fee and there were about 10 QR codes to pay outside the hotel. Super tacky and shady. I don’t care if it’s $5 it’s a bad look. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. My bed sloped to one side. The hot and cold controls on the shower were a nightmare. tVs need to be upgraded to Smart TVs.

This property was between two areas we needed to access. It was satisfactory for a basic place to sleep and shower. If you wanted more attractions I suggest to stay closer to one of those areas.

Everything was satisfactory; employees were kind, the breakfast was excellent, the employees at the restaurant were helpful. There needs to be a notification up front about the Room Service/towels to be every other day. One thing that I wondered about, was why there wasn't anyone present at the reception desk at night. I know they had a camera or someway to see who stood at the front desk, but people came in and out and I felt a little uncomfortable not knowing if there was any security around. Thank you for everything. Good place to stay.

Halloween at Salem
The first night the fire alarm went off, half hour later we were cleared, not sure why. It was a very cold night but all was well. Breakfast was available, only one person could make waffles at a time, so we didn’t get any because we were crowded out and then breakfast was over promptly at 10 am. One morning omelettes with green peppers were served, I’m allergic and no other option so I didn’t get to eat. Coffee could have been better but it was ok. Breakfast offered other options; bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, several juices. Snacks, sodas, water, various items are available near front desks. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and lobby area has pleasant open atmosphere. I would stay here again and recommend.
