My stay was 4 days and my room was never cleaned. When I asked about it they just sorry and never tried correct the problem. I asked for towels (sets) and I finally got two bath towels and hour and a half later. Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and juice watered down. On the third day we finally got played to use instead of small bowls. I think Hampton Inn could have done better.

Excellent hotel definitely not worth the 700 I had to pay for the weekend ,which was the going rate for all the surrounding hotels for this wknd nothing against Hampton

Service issues.
Asked for towels and said they would be sent to room. When we returned in evening they were not there. Ironically manager was on floor in next room and brought towels immediately. At breakfast there were no forks available for Saturday and Sunday. Hot food was not hot.
