Check in was prompt and easy. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the server/bartender (he did both) was friendly and efficient. Our meals were prepared as we asked them to be and tasted great. The shuttle in the morning was on time and the driver was very helpful and friendly.

Our room had no remote for the tv. Reception said they would send one up. They never did. After I checked out I realized I left something in the room. They said they they would send up housekeeping to let me in. They never did and I almost missed my flight Upholstery in the eating are was stained and gross Staff was polite and friendly but couldn't follow through
