Clean the bathrrom
Nice quiet hotel, easy check in price was decent. But our bathroom was disgusting. Hair on the floors and toilet seat along with moldy water in all corners of the shower. We ran out of everything no tp, tissues, laundry bags, trashbags. Took over an hour for a response.

I felt it was very clean. The shower was very roomy and modern. I would go back just for the shower alone. Breakfast was very convenient and plenty of options. TV was large but it is the main form of entertainment, and unfortunately, it was very basic channels. I watched Charmed and Supernatural, neither of which I'm interested in. The check-in process was a little sloppy. I paid online well in advanced to make check in quicker and easier. When I got to the hotel, I had to pay the $50.00 security. What's the point of paying ahead of time if I still have to pay when I get there. Ok, so I paid the security and showed my ID, that shouldn't take 15 minutes. The front desk always had a line because their service was so slow. They have a little place to buy some quick snacks and items you might have forgotten....they have amusement park prices. Ridiculously high.

Airport shuttle was none existent. waited over an hour and a half and finally told to take a cab and the hotel would reimburse. That a is after calling 3 times and told 25-40 minute wait. Coffee maker in he room didn't accept the coffee bag and holder. Was told by night person checking us in that they would call uber but day person said they "don't do that". didn't mention they would call lyft.
