Upon arrival the greeting was pleasant and the hotel looked great. It quickly went downhill soon as I arrived at the room. The fitted sheet was badly stained with a suspicious fluid. When I showed her, the front desk person changed my room without question. Zero acknowledgment or apology.

Omar shuttled us the airport after check out. He introduced himself and greeted everyone. He was friendly, helpful, and polite--in fact, the friendliest shuttle driver we have had to date. Give that man a raise!
