Great choice for access to Logan
I would seek out this hotel again when needing a hotel near Logan. The two staff members I encountered were extremely helpful and kind. The lobby and our room looked newly renovated and fresh, which I always appreciate. We had to leave extremely early in the morning so I could not experience the breakfast service. And unfortunately, our toilet was not working so that made the visit quite unpleasant, but it was clear that the front desk attendant was eager to help us with that if we were staying longer than the one night. The shuttle service was right on time and seemed to work well for my son and his fiancé.

Great stay. Only issue is we got there before check in time, they told us that they would have someone clean room right then and to give. them 15-20 mins. It wasn’t ready for an hour and half. They should have said it won’t be ready until Checkin. Other than it was a great one night stay before a cruise. Across the street is a 5 guys burgers. And it is a strip mall with an ice cream place, Starbucks and a grocery store. There is a Mexican restaurant directly across the stree. We are from Texas so we didn’t try it. LOL

Stayed overnight between travel days. Relatively close to the airport, but wouldn’t have called this an airport location. A good fifteen minutes from the airport, in a neighborhood. Not much around the location. Breakfast on site was good and the little market for water/drinks was fairly reasonable pricing, Airport shuttle was fast and easy to book. When we were there, the hotel was replacing/re-paving the entrance, so the parking was more limited, and entry into the lobby was confusing. Hopefully that was a short term issue and has been corrected and improved! Overall, a good experience.

Clean room, comfy bed! Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I got caught in the mess at Logan Airport and the traffic was at a standstill. Courtesy shuttle was not available for this reason, but the check-in clerk was gracious and they paid my taxi fare. Good Job!

Great location if you’re looking for a relatively cheap hotel near the city. Staff was great. Paris Hilton waffle was delicious. Free airport shuttle was a huge blessing!

Overall this hotel is very nice.The staff was nice. The room was good. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The area where the Continental breakfast was served was kept clean. Checking in and out went well. We stayed there the night before hour flight and it was very convenient to the airport.

On check-in, I was charged a $50 fee for potential incidentals. I had no incidentals and now I have to wait for a refund. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. My room had only decaf coffee, a miss by housekeeping.

Second visit this week. What was under construction earlier in the week is now complete and made a big improvement in the appearance of the property. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. And they went the extra mile to prepare a bag breakfast for our 4AM departure.

Front desk checkin was easy and very friendly staff. She directed us to local restaurants and gave helpful advice about the shuttle and take away breakfast since we were leaving early. Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Shuttle was great and got us to and from airport timely and safely.
