TV didn’t work and no one was available until the next day to fix it. No curtains on the windows so all night was like daylight in the room. The room smells Like old cigarettes. People were partying together going room to room all night yelling in the hallways until 4:30am. I didn’t feel safe to even get my bags and walk to the elevator to leave the hotel. Not a wink of sleep all night. I cancelled the remainder of my stay the next morning and told front desk person about the night. No apology. No sympathy. No refunds. I’ll never stay here or any Hampton Inn again. Good luck if you do.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, and I was delighted to find vegan options at the included breakfast. However, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and that is the primary necessity of using a hotel.

The stay was fine. Please put hooks in the bathroom. We had a handicap bathroom, which was requested, but there were no hooks for towels, clothes etc which made it difficult.

Nice room, but various minor problems: pool was locked although no signs anywhere about why, when it would be open, etc. TV went down; at desk they just blamed the weather, but this is internet, not an antenna... still, they asked for my room number and it came back on again quickly enough. Breakfast was basic but as expected, parking seemed secure, quiet area, various dining options within a 10 minute drive.

Everyone there and the n Boston was SOO PLEASANT....I am happy with my stay -i could've used some bacon and the olmets had cheese and I don't eat cheese. But the scrambled eggs were DELICIOUS 😋
