Nice stay just outside of Boston
Stayed here for two reasons, Breakfast and pool. And both were awesome The Breakfast was amazing! Had a lot of different options. Pool was heated which was nice since it was cold outside. Definitely will stay here again if in the area.

Enjoy stay but lack proactive communications
Clean & comfortable room, good choices of warm breakfast buffet and variety gym equipments. An electricity outage happened at night and was fixed quickly. But during our stay, a group of non-guests privatize the common areas to party for New Year eve. We were not informed of this. We couldn't find available seats and went back to our room.

The staff were very friendly; quick check in; secure as you have to use your room key to take the elevator. The room was so clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The one thing I will mention is that “city view” apparently means right across from highway. The traffic did not bother me at all, but I thought I’d mention it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at with such an affordable rate.

When we checked in to our room the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was trash on the floor and the mirrors were dirty. The shower door was also not cleaned and had product residue on it. We notified the front desk and they did apologize for the inconvenience, offered to have cleaning service stop by the following day. The front desk staff was hit or miss. Depending on the time of day, some were very kind and helpful and others were not. The common areas downstairs were well kept, and breakfast had many options. On our last day there they had a pipe burst so many rooms were without running water. Overall, we would likely not stay here again having more options available in Waltham.

Enjoyed our stay
Had a wonderful time. We stayed for a short family trip to see Santa’s elevator at Natick mall and came back to the hotel to enjoy time as a family. Pool area was great food and drinks were great. Loved that there were charge ports for our vehicle. Loved the breakfast options. Out daughter was fascinated with the waffle station! Definitely would stay again.

We enjoy this location during the holiday season because the staff is friendly and the lobby is warm and cozy with a fire burning in the fireplace. The room was comfortable neat and quiet. It was an enjoyable stay.
