I stayed for three nights. Which gave me a horrible experience. Less ( no) staff basically..broken faucets.. No iron board.. Towels you need go and wait for the lobby for 1 hour.. If you are lucky you will get it..broken chair.. No breakfast items.. Only grab and grow with 1 or 2 muffins..no supplies in the room.. Very poor customer response.. One Manager for two extended stay hotels.. Again zero customer help.. Not worth for money..pls stay away from this hotel..

I was asked to check into a room that was dirty, then I was able to receive another room but that room was dirty as well. Finally I checked into my 4rd room and it was Ok. I do not recommend.

For 30 mins there is no one at front desk. We waited for 3 pm to 3:30 pm. After that they gave me a room which is super dirty. Upon my request they changed my room but it’s so much of hassle. Mattress are no good, you can feel springs on your back

This place really needs an overhaul of the rooms. Cleanliness, broken a/c, broken furniture and appliances all need to be addressed before I would e we suggest this as an alternative for accommodations

It’s terrible!! The worst hotel I ever seen in my life! It’s not like in pictures definitely!!! Its a big smoke at the corridor and very dirty. It looks like shelter for homeless people! Be aware! I just lose my money, cause I couldn’t stay there. I start coughing from that strong smoke in the hotel.

I meant Katie Stephens at the front desk and I wish I could remember the night clerk who said she was originally from the south and very charming. I would definitely return, had a very good experience!
