They have cut back on a lot of amenities they use to offer. The property use to provide bathrobes, they do not offer them anymore unless you are staying in a suite. They also use to have an extensive 24 hour room service menu, they now only offer room service until 10pm and the menu is very limited. None of the vip amenities offered were given or even offered. They use to allow you to call your valet car from your room, you can no longer do that you have to go downstairs and request it there and then wait downstairs. Encore use to be a 5 star resort but they have definitely been cutting back on a lot of the things that made them a 5 star resort. Next time we want a 5 star stay we will be trying the new Raffles hotel

the view promised on a suite was the worse and took 4hrs 3 rooms to get it right .. had to downgrade.

EVERYTHING is overpriced. Spending money gambling at their hotel and they charged 23.00 for a glass of wine is ridiculous . Extra money for late check out. 5.00 for a Diet Coke. Don’t even go near the mini bar in the room. Paid 565.00 for our room that we were in for less than 24 hours. We were big spenders in the casino but felt unappreciated.

Will there be an Encore? Not sure...
I spent so much on the room, I didn't have much left for playing the games or eating at the restaurants. It's a great property but I'm not sure I'd return if that ratio doesn't change. Plus, there was a long wait for breakfast and nearly 10 empty tables. We were turned away with the wait and left.

Great property. Grounds and lobby area are beautiful. Rooms are starting to show some age. Carpets need to be cleaned in room. They aren't disgusting.. just would expect cleaner for a 5 star hotel.

We had never been to Encore and my husband really wanted to try it out and of course visit the casino. We were upgraded to a better room - on the 25th floor with harbor view. It was so wonderful. Gorgeous view, wonderful room, amazing bathroom. So spacious and comfortable bed. I would definitely come back. We used the free water shuttle to go to the North End. So fun. Beautiful property and wonderful staff.
