Shower drained too slow. All staff very friendly and helpful except for one woman at the hotel Casino Rewards desk. She was not friendly or helpful at all....dare I say "rude"?

Came to visit for BU family weekend. Initially, looked like your typical Wynn hotel very nice. Room was clean and spacious, bathrooms not that of what claims to be a 5 star hotel. 3 star at best outdated everything. From the shower to the tiles, not to mention the tub which was not appealing. Fast forward to our first trip to a bar. Wearing joggers and a button down, I was clearly looked up and down by the 3 hostesses and was told it would be at least 10-15 minutes for a seat at the empty bar for a cocktail. Ok moved on next bar it was 5:15pm on a Friday. Told to sit at a table across from the bar. Again empty bar. I clearly looked homeless to everyone. Saturday night after being out all day. Came back to have dinner. We were not aware that all the restaurants are only 21 and over after 10 pm (we had two 17 y/o with us. Ok they can get room service no, Room service stops at 10 pm. We arrived at 10:20 pm. Kids door dashed. My husband and I ate at one of the restaurants outside the casino. Basic is all I can say we had burgers. The entire stay was certainly not worth the amount of money we paid just for rooms. To top everything off the money we spent I’m sure was menial compared to the very many ladies of the evening earnings for the weekend! Insane amount of “them” in groups, pairs and singles everywhere! Little to no discretion on their part. Been to Vegas many times grew up in NYC guess they are just classier there, not so obvious. Overall huge disappointment.

Please beware of Expedia!!! It is a scam. Tried to cancel my reservations due to an enrolled course in Boston that was cancelled. I notified both Expedia and the Encore Hotel that this was out of my control and requested a refund 10 days before check in. Spent nearly 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue with both parties. Not only did I lose over $500 for hotel but an additional $300 for air flight. I would definitely not recommend Encore Hotel or Expedia to anyone.

Beautiful hotel… food at On Deck was delicious. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and nicely decorated. Between the effective blackout curtains, comfortable bed, and quiet room, we slept very well.
