I am by no means picky about where I stay but this place was horrible. All the parking spaces were full, there were people habging out in the parking lot, children running around. I checked in around midnight after a concert. Was unable to sleep because someone was playing music from their car with all the doors open and every time i was close to falling asleep i would hear yhe kids giggling and screaming up and down the hallway. Concierge was unhelpful and said "I told that guy he can't be out there playing his music like that". Clearly that hadn't worked but he made no effort beyond saying what he had already done to correct the situation. We were checked in for all of 45 mins. Never again!

The pictures displayed on the site were not an accurate description of the property. The rooms were not clean, nor did we feel safe in the area, as windows were left open with just screens that could have easily been taken out. We did not stay the night, and have yet to receive a refund from the property.

Check in was easy. Staff organized and friendly. The hotel could use some updates but was clean and had good linens. Unfortunately we're not thereong enough to visit the Bar/Restaurant next door, we visited for a concert and were closed when we arrived back to hotel.

I'll sleep in my car next time
It's close to Gillette that's it. There is no excuse for the condition of this motel when they are charging the rates they are when a event is happening at Gillette. No excuse for this just greed

Check in and check out was super easy front desk guy was so nice. No other problems at all other than room just wasn’t that clean. Had to kill bugs before bed, sheets had cigarette burns and hair on them.

Friendly but dated motel
A bit dated as the first thing we noticed was the residual smell of what must have been a smoking room for decades. We were able to check in early. Good location for Xfinity Center and historic sites like Concord. Comfortable enough. Friendly staff.
