Please be aware that weekends may be lively in the Theater District; noise levels may be higher during these times.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Keys can be conveniently picked up at a nearby KeyCafe location before its closing time. For late check-ins, please inform us in advance to coordinate key access.

Emergency Lock-Out:
Kindly keep track of your key, as it is the only one available. Losing it incurs a lost key fee, and replacements take weeks, leading to the cancellation of upcoming bookings. If you accidentally leave the key inside, a $100 fee applies for building or lockout service calls.

Coronavirus Precautions: Daily cleanings of all door knobs and other high touch surfaces in the common areas are being performed by the building.

Bed was sketchy and uncomfortable. Most was clean but the bathroom was in great need of repair. Appeared to be multiple diy failures. Had to buy items normally supplied.

Great little apartment
Close to transportation and food. Only downside is retrieving and returning the key at a separate location. They use pretty strong language about returning the key by checkout time. This means you affectively have to vacate 10 min early.

This is a scam, don't rent. Sheets of polyester dirty and smelly, bathroom uncleaned from the last tenant, old building smelly unsafe stairs, unsafe environment and I do not think that they have the permission of sanitation and habitability. When I saw the room I tried to cancel and call customer service, any answer and returned call. I have to go to the police and cancel in my bank the operation. As I have to request the help of the police they promise to request a cancellation, but still is unsure. Expedia and Hotels should not publicity this. scam company

Horrible experience do not stay in this place
One of the worse travel arrangements I have ever experienced. Street address sent had no apartment number so when I entered the multiple story building it could not be determined which apartment I was booked for. I sent text, emails & made several phone calls and no one was available to resolve the issue. After two hours of exhausting every communication option. I loaded my bags into my friends car and went to a concert that we purchased tickets for the month before. The location to pick up the keys and drop off is on the other side of the city so that was also ridiculous. I finely got in after 2:00 am when the owner or property manager sent me the details. Once inside the place was a dump. I would strongly urge others not to stay at this location. I am disputing the charges with mt credit card company as this was not as advertised John
