You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cozy home with everything you might need. Are you going to be working at near by university? Would you like to try living in the area before deciding to move here? Good idea! Two blocks to Lynch Park and beaches. Stroll to downtown Beverly for great restaurants, performance center, breweries, galleries, and ALL within an approximate drive to Boston of 40 minutes. Local commuter train is also nearby and also a quick trip to Boston. My house is easy living and in great shape for being over 250 years old! Kindly note: My optimum renter is for all of February and March. Other guests will be considered but longer visits preferred. Thank you!
