Immerse yourself in this relaxing atmosphere in front of the cozy fireplace after a day of explorations, or go for a dip in the hot tub and make s'mores as you sit by the fire pit. This fully furnished comfortable home is secluded in beautiful Georgetown, Maine. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this home comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a twin trundle. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first floor has a living room with a cathedral ceiling and a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace/chimney, a kitchen with a large table as well as extra seating at the bar and island, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and an octagon room with a large couch for napping, reading a book, playing a board game, or watching a movie with surround sound. We have a very strict policy of no more than 6 guests (day or night). Please be respectful of this house rule.
Before checkout please wash and take care of dishes, put trash in trash bins in garage, strip beds, and place towels in washing machine and start up.
Basically leave the house as you found it. I will clean the bathrooms, make the beds, and wash the floors:)
