Housekeeping was very unprofessional. We were staying for 2 nights, hoping to sleep in while away but they knocked on our door at 8am. Then for the next hour, someone was getting reprimanded very loudly just outside our door. My husband mentioned to front desk and there was no acknowledgment that this was inappropriate or any kind of apology - she simply told him it could've have been an hour they were speaking loudly in the hallway. Not impressed, will not be going back.

The lady in the breakfast area is very good. She is like all around and also cleans rooms. Very warm. There a lady at the front desk who asked me to go down when I asked her for something while the guy who was at the front desk would go up to the room to give you what you need. I stayed with small children and the hotel is good. Refund of deposit was made within 2 days. Definitely will stay again if I ever have to go to Cold Lake again.

Smoke in non smoking room
The location was good for my purposes, and the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I feel that cleanliness was a little lacking as the carpet was not sufficiently vaccumed and the couch had a large stain. My main complaint is that while I was placed in a non smoking room, it was clear that smoking had occured in that room previously resulting in my clothes smelling like cigarette smoke simply from being hung up in the closet or placed on the side of the couch.
