Quiet neighborhood in family friendly surroundings. Living room sofa is white as a result the dirt on arrival is evident. A week after arriving the water heater went out and took a week prior to repair; unacceptable. I had to relight, with owners permission daily. The kitchen faucet leaks at base of pull down nipple. The smoke alarm in master bedroom went off chirping at 3am. I was able to reset push button, but the ceiling was too high to replace battery. Multiple outlets and switches are either inoperable or unknown what they turn on or off. Overall I was grateful to stay as my home is under repairs.

Extremely spacious, clean & beautifully presented - we had an amazing time here. There were two adults and four kids in our party but you could easily accommodate a larger party. It has a vast, well-equipped kitchen with a double oven as well as bluettoth speaker system & BBQ. The utility room with massive washer & dryer meant we didn't return home with loads of washing - and the kids loved the pool and the huge TV! It has a huge drive so parking is no problem. The area is super quiet but only a couple of minutes from the freeway so it's easy to reach the beaches - and even easier to get to the local golf courses. All in all a fantastic find and we'd love to return sometime. Paul was an awesome host!

A hot tub was advertised, it and the pool were not heated. The furniture was dirty in the living room.We were disappointed in no pool or hot tub. Otherwise it was a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great stay near San Diego
We had 5 adults and 5 children on our stay and this place was perfect. The pool is a great place to chill and the hospitaluty of the owner was fantastic. I'd hihgly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax near San Diego!

Wonderful location for a family break
This house is an immaculate, modern home; ideal for a group of friends or family. We stayed for five days and had a great time. It's equipped like a five-star hotel with amazing bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Located a 20 minute drive from the city centre but benefiting from the relative peace of the suburbs, it's the perfect base for a holiday.
