Besten Dank für ihr Feedback und gerne nehme ich mir Zeit für eine ausführliche Antwort. Tut mir leid, dass das Abendessen am vergangenen Samstagabend nicht ganz ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hatte. Das Restaurant war vollständig besetzt und gerade bei starkem Betrieb schätzen es unsere Gäste sehr, wenn sie speditiv und aufmerksam bedient werden. Schliesst natürlich nicht aus, dass auch Fehler geschehen; falls jedoch unseren Gästen ein Gericht nicht schmeckt, hören wir eine entsprechende Rückmeldung gerne direkt vor Ort, damit geben sie uns auch die Möglichkeit sofort zu reagieren und das Problem zu lösen. Tage später bringt weder ihnen noch uns die negative Rückmeldung etwas. Da sie zur Hotelerfahrung & Frühstück keine weiteren Details genannt haben, gehe ich davon aus, dass ihnen das Hotel resp. die Junior Suite ihren Erwartungen entsprochen, ja vielleicht übertroffen hatte. Nebenbei frage ich bei jedem (!) Check/out nach einem kurzen Feedback über ihren Aufenthalt - an eine negative Rückmeldung bez. Abendessen am Samstagabend kann ich mich nicht erinnern.
