The hotel staff was incredibly inflexible in helping us make changes to our rooms and stay duration both before and after our visit. It took a lot of our time away and detracted from our experience in Bologna. I would not stay there again. It wasn’t just the substance of the issue, but their tone and attitude and interacting with us.

Excellent! We loved our stay at Hotel Brun! Well appointed rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. We had a junior suite which included a 2nd bathroom and sitting area/sofa bed. We also had a single room with a twin bed - plenty of space for 1 person. The location was great. Easy walk to everything but in a quiet area. Highly recommend!!

Gorgeous, brand new hotel in central Bologna. Incredibly stylish rooms and common spaces, spacious junior suites, courteous and welcoming staff, lovely breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we ever return to Bologna.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the ideal base for a stay in Bologna. The room was immaculate and finished to a very high standard. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager on available. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

La estancia ha sido perfecta pero en la descripció del hotel, ponía que tenían servicio de Parking. Me facilitaron una dirección de un Parking externo, a 1 km, y me costó 56€! Uno de los filtros que utilizo cuando contrato un hotel es el servicio de Parking! Como en este viaje me ha pasado en el hotel Concord (Torino) y en Este, me plantegi si seguiré utilizando vuestra Plataforma para viajar, si los datos no aon correctos y que me ha costa do más de 150€!!!!

Rigtig lækkert hotel. Der var lidt problemer ved indtjekningen iforhold til at den ellers søde receptionist havde tastet et andet navn ind end mit, selvom hun havde mit pas i hånden. Vi fik nøglerne til værelset og piccoloen hjalp os op. Da vi kom op på værelset stod der et en velkomst hilsen på fjernsynet som var langt fra mit. Min kæreste gik ned i receptionen og sagde at det må være det forkerte værelse vi har fået. Det var det også. Det endte godt og vi fik tildelt vores rigtige værelse til sidst.
