Villa Adriatica is located in the town of Bol on the intriguing island of Brac - awarded in 2010 as \"the Absolute Champion of Croatian Tourism\". Famous for its illustrious olive oil, wine and authentic village traditions, the island is most renowned for the Golden Horn, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, and arguably one of the most photographed in the world. Like a tongue it extends nearly half a kilometer into the clear blue sea. The villa has a modern architectural design and incorporates local materials, such as Brač stone. In fact, a Brač-stone path leads to not one but two separate dwellings, each connected by an inner courtyard. Nestled in between and hidden from views there is a beautiful swimming pool and surrounding terrace paved with local Brac stone. Please note that the path connecting two dwellings is not covered. The first building, closer to the sea, has stunning views through the pines. The ground floor is complete with a modern kitchen, indoor dining area, living room and vanity bathroom. The first floor offers a spacious master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The second building is comprised of four double bedrooms with kitchenettes and ensuite bathroms. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, and the other two are located on the first floor. (Please note that the floors are connected with uncovered outdoor stairs.) All 6 bedrooms feature double beds, and 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with an additional single bed (size 80x180 cm). In addition, the master bedroom is equipped with an Elliptical trainer.The villa can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests, in privacy, luxury and comfort, making this an ideal choice for larger families, groups of friends or even a corporate vacation. The spacious and open design of the villa creates the perfect setting for a marvelous holiday. Guests can relax in complete comfort; enjoy typical Mediterranean outdoor living and entertainment as well as experience authentic island living on one of the most delightful spots in the Mediterranean. The villa offers a parking space located approximately 100 meters away.
