My boyfriend and I live locally and wanted to try out Hotel 28 to enjoy their spa amenities. We checked in around 3:10 pm and got to our room then went down to enjoy the hot tub. When we got in there the hot tub was over flowing and I got a staff member who said they had left the hose in there and forgot about it. He said give it 15 mins. We gave it about 20 and still was over flowing. We decided to go back to our room. At 5 I called down to the front desk to see if it was ready yet and a gentleman said it would be 45 minutes. I let him know I was told 15 mins earlier and asked if he was sure as the hot tub was the reason for staying at their hotel. I heard another man in the back on the phone asking someone if it would be the 45 minutes cause he had people complaining and whining about the hot tub. I was so offended and let the guy I was speaking to it was rude and asked for the manager. He said there wouldn’t be a manager until the next morning. We gave it the 45 mins and the hot tub was still cold. Around 8 pm we got in the hot tub and it was only warm not hot like a hot tub should be and there was like dead skin floating and hair in it. It was gross. I also barely got any sleep as their beds are so hard and they are located next to the interstate. I spoke with a manager the next morning and he apologized but was unable to refund my stay as I booked with Hotels.com. He said he’d work with the general manager to get me points to use at a future stay. Guess we will see.

Breakfast was terrible! I guess unless you like fake eggs with Velveeta cheese and chicken nuggets for breakfast. Freeway noise is atrocious. The HVAC units in the rooms add to the noise and don’t do anything but put out humidity

When I originally booked the room, I booked two queen beds (2 beds) upon arrival after check in, I/we discovered there was one bed and a pull out couch. I was confident that we would have the two beds we booked through Expedia. However, this was not the case. If you're going to advertise two queen beds in the pics then this is what should be given to the consumer who books this product. On a positive note, the Manager did give us a $50 discount. However, we still should have received the correct accommodation's.

This property was inexpensive but so LOUD! Nestled between the freeway and a truck stop I don’t think I have ever stayed somewhere that loud before. It was not obvious that this would be the case.

Close to Airport - Great weekend trip to Boise
Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was standard for a complementary breakfast. I liked the kilbasa style sausage but missed cold cereal until I bought a box. Room was clean, large, and bed was comfortable. It is next to a travel center which was equivalent to a well stocked 7-11.

Staff is super here, very friendly and most helpful. Rooms are clean and bed was nice. The only drawback is the interstate can be heard, but there were earplugs waiting for me in my room. I would definitely stay again

Service here was amazing. Everyone was really nice. The one thing that bothered me was that the location was adjacent to a truck stop. I had to head to the airport at 3am and noticed all of the semi's & darkness. I was a little nervous & ran to my car. Conversely, the positive about the location is the proximity to the airport. It is probably the nicest hotel so close to an airport that I've stayed in.
