The staff are all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is really good with variety. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept on in awhile. The property shows it's age in certain places, but nothing detrimental. Will definitely stay again

Room and stair carpet in need of repairs and replacement. Rate in Expedia showed $68 then charged $100 fees. The lady at the desk was uninterested in helping then couldn't get us checked in. My card was charged three times but hopefully it was corrected. The room was worth about $50. Breakfast was surprisingly good with potatoes, eggs, sausage, and many other items. Although the freeway sign was visible, the entry was not marked. The hotel was behind several buildings. There is no elevator. Not a problem for us but that should have been stated. This room was not even worth $108. I would not stay there again.

Several late night fighting arguments. Staff lost reservation. No ada elevator and placed on second floor. I will not stay again. Other customers complained and front desk about noise problems in middle of night. Last time for Expedia also. Their customer service would not help address the concerns.

Checkin was slow and the lady was new and left alone without all the proper knowledge for the checkin process. She was super nice and kept apologizing having to wait for help. Made for a hiccup after a long travel day.

Checked in and one card didn’t work. When walked into the room it has an odor, possibly stale smoke. We hesitated what to do but went out and got the rest of our luggage. Got back to the room and still could smell the odor. One person used the bathroom while the other went to get a different card key which again did not work. Both decided to ask for a different room due to the odor. Went to desk Anna person there said they needed to check out the room. By the time they got back to the desk Anna the person talked to her manager they said 45 min had passed and we had needed to let them know within 15. They also said since we had “ messed up” the bathroom we would have to pay for a different room. Sheets were very messed up… No elevator in the entire hotel. There was house cleaning and vacuuming going on until 9pm right outside our door and the people doing the cleaning were very loud.
