Our contemporary home is warm and inviting with both modern and rustic furnishings. Have every comfort of home in this great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. Just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, the Whitewater park for paddle boarding/ surfing/ swimming, access to the Greenbelt trail, and more!

This clean and spacious house is the perfect spot to be home away from home. It’s a perfect setup for a family, friends, or two families who want to stay together but who each have space to call their own. Each bedroom has a daybed and a trundle underneath for extra guests.


We want our guests to experience the real Boise and have fun doing it. We provide bikes to ride into the foothills or for a night out downtown, SUPs to be on the pond, a surfboard to shred the river wave, and a travel crib for babies.

Just 3 blocks away from the Whitewater Park, you can relax at the beach, play in the water, and hit the Greenbelt (the 25 mile track that follows the Boise River through the city).

One of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Boise! The charm of the North End, the urban amenities of the West End, and unbeatable access to the Whitewater Park, Quinn's Pond, and the iconic Boise Greenbelt. Just a 10-minute bike ride to downtown, you really have it all right here!

* There is a basement apartment underneath the house and while we have done our best to sound proof it, we ask that all guests to be respectful of the other tenants and to observe that after 10pm is quiet time for the property.

*There is a private patio for guests to use as well as a shared yard.


*Our House, Apartment, Loft, and Studio can be joined together for a larger group Rental.
The Apartment is 1bed/1bath that can sleep 4, the Loft and the Studio are both Studios that can sleep 4 each.

The lights for the kitchen island is by the couch and the light for the downstairs bathroom is above the sink.

Great location
Liked that it was easy to get to downtown restaurants as well as hikes in the foothills. We could walk to the waterfront. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room in the house.

Nice host and property was okay but not as expected…
While the host was great, the property failed to meet our expectations based on the photos we saw online. Overall the inside was pretty clean but there were some things that needed attention, especially in the bathrooms. The outside, which was a draw for our booking was not anything like expected. We never even went outside because it was so sandy and unkept. While the host explained that there was a sprinkler issue and later added it was a communication problem w the landscaping company, it took away from our stay. Overall, I would rate this a four but I would also ensure you check w the host to see if there are any issues before booking.

This property was comfortable and convenient to many things in Boise. Kitchen was clean and adequately stocked with items for cooking. Living room was pleasant to be in. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. They provided a port-a-crib for my infant which was nice. Overall decor was simple and refreshing. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Paradise in the City
This property was perfect. We live on a farm, and this gave my children the neighborhood life they were dreaming of. We loved the bikes and the outdoor space. We also appreciated the gas firepit and BBQ. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. The host were prompt and extremely helpful.

Spacious & Comfortable House
Whitewater House was a great little property for our Boise visit. My husband and I stayed in their studio next to the main house months before for BSU Parents' Weekend. The house is quite spacious and very comfortable for my husband and boys. We would stay here again.
