Room was great! Since it's walking distance to the concert venue, there were a lot of drunk people afterwards and they were loud in the hallway at 1am.

Super comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the shower with its fine spray and bowed shower curtain. Friendly greeting by staff member who was quick and efficient at getting me checked in on arrival, and super easy checkout.

Checking in was a little rough, there was a concert the night before so the cleaning schedule was off. We tried to get into two different rooms one had somebody in it, and the other wasn't fully cleaned yet. They made it right and got us in a room and once we were in there everything was good, until the next morning and we could hear everyone in the next room. We were put in an adjoining room (which we were not warned about) which makes it easier to hear everything next door. Other than that this hotel is really good and I would recommend. We were also there for a concert and I worked at a hotel so I understand the chaos!👍

Great location!!
The property location is very convenient to the Ford Idaho Center. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. I felt safe as a solo traveler, walking around at night. Plenty of parking and just a short walk across the parking lot to see the concert. Even though the hotel was sold out during my stay, it was very quiet!
