The staff was professional and pleasant. Exceedingly pleased by the cleanliness. Loved the full sized coffee machine.Would be nice to have 2 lamps in the room.

The room was everything you would hope for! Clean, comfy beds and pillows, the full kitchen with ice maker was nice to have but the location was our biggest seller. We chose this location because it is across the parking lot from the Idaho Center and it was so worth it! Our event had a lightning intermission and we were able to wait it out in the comfort and safety of our hotel room instead of our car. We will choose this hotel whenever we return!

Perfect place to stay for anything at the Idaho center. Checkin quick. Staff friendly. Full size frig n freezer along with 2 burner stove n full size coffee pot. No utensils or pots or anything so bring yours if that is your plan. Will stay again if in area

We love My Place hotels. We’re traveling across country and lool for them wherever we stop. having a kitchenette available for both helpful and convenient. we had at My Pl., Boise in Nampa, Idaho was clean, comfortable, roomy and convenient. The kitchenette has full size refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. We bought a small pack of paper plates and plastic cover, which we take into the room with us and we stay in a My Place. Then we go to a grocery and get a few things to make a simple breakfast and supper in our room. It works out great for us.

Where to start? Grown daughter and I have been on an adventure. From Colorado Wyoming area all the way to the coast of the Pacific Northwest. A month now we’ve been on this adventure. That is a Lot of hotels. For this one…we only stayed one night, I’m sad to say. They were booked up due to a concert. If you were going to that venue the location couldn’t be better! For us…the room was immaculate! And that’s saying a lot because I have very high standards. It also makes it more challenging, the more amenities there are, the more to clean. The room was immaculate and the beds…they were like clouds. Soft and plush on top but supportive. The pillows added to the cloud like feel. Supportive but not so hard they caused neck pain. I wish I had taken a picture of the room. Very high end in the comfort and cleanliness appeal. Best nights sleep so far! The rest of the hotel had that same feel to it. Floors were clean, laundry room was clean with well cleaned machines. Outside was well manicured. I did have a mishap. I mistakenly left something of great value in my room. The only time I’ve left something this entire trip. Of course freaking out a bit I called the hotel. The gal who answered the phone was amazing. She went and checked the room but didn’t find the object. I asked to speak with a manager just to have another pair of eyes searching (object of great value). The general manager searched the room, found and hand delivered it to me. Best service to top off our stay!!
