Full size refrigerator in a kitchenette, very comfortable bed, upkeep is excellent with no dust around edges nor problems with bathroom condition, quiet (even the elevator), full sized overstuffed recliner, spacious, amenities included laundry basket and customer laundry, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent central location with restaurants and shopping nearby, all add up to superb value at affordable rate. I will look for this option first wherever I need to stay.

We stopped for one night on a long road trip. We didn’t need a gym or breakfast, so it’s nice to not pay for those amenities. The room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. They have a nice grassy pet area and furnish waste bags.
