We had the best time in this very comfy home! Spotless, organized with fresh flowers and a fridge/draws full of food and supplies,for free! Beautiful neighborhood a few blocks from open space with trails or neighborhood bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to come in the spring. You will feel pampered here.

Love the Boat House!
I love staying here! It is clean and well kept. The host is amazing and so accommodating. The private yard is serene and inviting. I loved having the view from the kitchen window. This is a repeat visit, and I will be going back. ❤️

Amazing! Didn’t want to leave!
Chelli, the property, and the location make this the best place to stay in Boise! Chelli made sure the house had everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed. The thoughtful touches were above and beyond! We enjoyed the comforts of the home and exploring Camelback on foot and bike, the local restaurants/bakeries of Hyde Park, downtown Boise, and BSU. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

Wow! Great location, great space!
We really enjoyed our stay. This location is awesome - walking distance to historic Hyde Park with shopping, dining and coffee shops. Also could walk to Camelback Park which has a ton of trails. This space was perfect for 2 people and was very well stocked. Would stay at this place again for sure.

We've stayed in several VRBOS and none of them have been as well stocked as this one. Even spare reading glasses in the bedside drawers! All high end appliances and easy to use. The curb appeal belies high nice the interior is!

Comfortable stay in quiet neighborhood.
Comfortable and nice modern furniture. Heated bathroom floor. Easy to use heater. Nice smart tv. Personal preference would be to have room darkening shades on windows. Quiet at night. Snacks and drinks for guests nice touch.

First, I want to say maybe scout it's location in advance. If you arrive in the dark, you will have a tough time finding the property, even with the provided instructions. It looks like an old tool shed (boat house?) on the outside. You are initially wondering if it is the property and maybe you will be a bit disappointed when you first see it. Parking is on the street and it's a bit strange. When you go in though, it is the nicest boat house ever. Everything is comfortable, well furnished, with a modern contemporary look. It has an outdoor patio that is fantastic. I also liked the full walk in shower with accessibility consideration that tucks out of the way in case you have no disabilities. Up the street, is one of the best parks in Boise that is walking distance. Also, awesome coffee shops and quick (Uber or car) access to downtown. So, don't be disappointed by the outside, it's great inside. Unless you are about appearances on the outside... then I suggest find someplace else. I rated it 4 overall because i can't go with 5 when it's hard to find and has a funky curb appeal. For the price, would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect spot for walking around the Hyde Park area of Boise. The space was bigger than expected and had everything that we could have wanted. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we visit the area.

Great Place To Stay
The host was very communicative and was quick to answer my questions. Location was outstanding for our purpose. Two things stand out - they left such a nice array of snacks for their guests. Not just a granola bar but chips, seltzers, and lots of yummy things. The other is their check out directions - turn off the lights and lock the door. None of the pre-cleaning so many property owners ask of their guests. Thanks to our host Chelli for making our stay wondeful!

My stay at this property was wonderful. It was perfect. From the communication with the owner, to the amenities, location, thoughtful touches…. It’s one of the best spaces I have rented over the years. I was able to rent a bicycle to ride downtown for my conference, and keep it on premise. It is perfectly located to 13th street stores and restaurants, as well as Camel Back Park, and downtown by bike or car. The shower, snacks, filtered water, walk in shower and living space, bedding, and washer and dryer (if needed) plus a back yard and table…. It was perfect.

We were in town for a short weekend conference, and it was a great place to have a quiet moment in between sessions and after a full day. Beautiful little patio on the back with a table and umbrella (for a little more shade when hot and sunny). Enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and wonderful stay
Enjoyed a comfortable and quiet stay during our short trip to Boise. Although not big, there is plenty of space for 2 adults and could even fit 3 if needed. The boathouse was very clean and the host was very good at communication. What makes this place special is the attention to what people traveling may need. There was both body wash and a nice scented bar of soap (for those of us who don’t like body wash). There were travel toothbrushes, travel sized toothpaste, and even shaving cream. The fridge had bottled water and flavored carbonated water. There were snacks and Cliff Bars, instant breakfast oatmeal. The host even provided Half-and-Half for your morning coffee. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve flown somewhere and had to go buy toothpaste, bar soap and creamer. It’s so refreshing to have a host who takes the trouble to provide these little nuggets of thoughtfulness. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
