North End Gem
We had a great stay at Aaron’s place in the north end of Boise. The place was great for us and was exactly as described. It has been beautiful renovated. The location is close to everything you would want to do in Boise, foothills right outside your door, downtown is a short drive or a nice walk and the suburbs are a manageable drive. Aaron was a very welcoming host, we will be back for sure!

Amazing location
The location of this property was easily our favorite thing. Your just a couple of blocks from the super cool Hyde park area, and only about a 30 minute walk to downtown Boise. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit came stocked with everything we needed for a quick 2 night stay.

Perfect
Perfect location, close to all the shops and a large park with a great walking trail; everything within walking distance. The property was clean and beautiful. I was impressed at the thoughtfulness of the owners, the space had everything. I forgot a charging port and they let me borrow one during my stay, which was super nice. My family really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

Nice little place in great neighborhood.
We really like this place. We were in Boise for a wedding and we love to hike. This place is walking distance from some great hiking trails and is also walking distance to some cool restaurants and hang out places. An easy drive to downtown where we spent a lot of time.

Great neighborhood
This place was in a great neighborhood. We spent a lot of time away from the property. The city is very bike-able and the neighborhood was walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and even grocery stores. There are great parks nearby to enjoy as well. As for the property itself, Aaron was great to work with, super nice and responsive. I did find the cleanliness of the unit a little sub-par. Notable cons were pink mold growing in the corners of the shower, visible dirt on the floors and counter tops when we arrived, and pillows on the couch were visibly soiled as well. This was a shock due to all of the other rave reviews we read. The unit is smaller than what the pictures show but for two people it was doable. Any more than two people and the space would be cramped. The pros of the unit was the modern appeal, appliances, great kitchen, loved the A/C and window blinds that did a good job of blocking out light. Other than the fireworks for the 4th of July the neighborhood was very quiet. The location felt very safe and the vibes were good. The check was easy and getting in and out of the property was great with an electronic keypad. All in all the property was good and we enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful place in a beautiful part of Boise. We loved that we could safely walk to Hyde Park and even into downtown (about a mile away). Bike rentals nearby. Walking and hiking trails too. The place was beautifully designed, clean and very inviting. Has everything you need except salt and pepper ;).

We loved our stay in the North End. The location was perfect and the apartment over their garage was super clean and charming. We had everything we needed. The space was beautiful and felt brand new. Historic Hyde Park ADU
Fantastic new ADU, very quite and comfortable. Blocks from Hyde Park restaurants and bars as well as Camel's Back Park. We are looking forward to staying again!
