They go out of their way to provide you the extras. Very comfortable place with great extra amenities. In a world where everywhere has gotten expensive at least this place makes it worthwhile.

Overpriced. The bathroom had broken tiles, there were stains on couch, mold on grout in bathroom and an AC unit whose fan squeaked whenever the AC turned on. I've stayed at less expensive hotels that were definitely cleaner and better maintained than this one.

Disappointed all around
Paper thin walls. Charged us for our service dog. Didn’t get us our breakfast vouchers. Bed is right next to air conducting unit, which blows every 10 minutes all night. Create noise from the freeway and airport. Beds are too firm. Pillows too hard. For a Holliday Inn I was painfully disappointed. Bar tender was wonderful.

Convenient location close to the airport and great service. I like to stay there when my flights out of Boise airport depart or arrive during the night so I don’t need to drive tired back to home.
