Full of succulent vibes and desert nods, this space is for anyone seeking a retreat. Built in 2022, this custom fourplex vacation rental community provides the comfort and amenities while staying true to a Southwest chic motif. While you may decide to stay in and change the lighting to suite your mood, we also offer a chiminea (seasonal) on the rear patio. This space is centrally located and only a short walk to the Boise River Greenbelt access point and local wineries. With all the amenities of home, we aim to please with a pristine and comfortable space to call your own during your stay in the Treasure Valley. The home itself is tastefully designed with plenty of storage for your travel needs. Perfect for adventuring friends, a small family, or traveling professionals. Housekeeping available upon request for additional fee. We look forward to hosting you. Guest has full and private access to the home. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor common area which includes a 7 person spa, firepit, and heat lamp, located to the rear of the property.

We welcome pets but want to ensure our guests are aware that there is no grass on the property and no enclosed outdoor spaces. Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of the home. We highly recommend the Boise River Greenbelt walking trail to all of our guests--especially for our 4 legged fur friends!

Cozy stay
Absolutely loved the home. It's small, cozy, very clean and felt new. It is a 3-4 minute drive to some great restaurant along the scenic Greenbelt. Property was easy to access and JoAnn was very responsive. Only downsides: the patio is very small (can only fit 2 chairs) and I, personally, did not feel safe walking to the Greenbelt because of the neighborhood. Overall, a great property to stay in!

Wonderful property
Was right in between the office and conference center. The property was in an older part but had lots of new construction as well. It was very quiet. The internet was sufficient as we worked in the evening. The washer and dryer were fantastic to have on-site. Albertsons was close to get some food during our stay. The property manager checked in with us and TrueType cared that everything was as expected. Great property.

Enjoyed staying here while in Boise for family weekend. The 4plex is brand new and beautiful inside. The location was perfect while visiting my son and BSU. The host responds quickly to all messages and makes the process of check in and out simple. We walked to the river as well as Cinder Winery just down the street during a little bit of down time. Thank you for a great experience.

Adorable!
It’s so adorable and well decorated. Clean and cozy. The host was great and quick to respond. The check in was extremely smooth. We would 100% stay again. Coffee station was great and appreciate the thoughtfulness. Close walking distance to greenbelt and loved that! Wonderful all around!
