This home is truly an extravagant family get away. It features cozy furnishings in 5 beds, 3.5 baths, a double story ceiling height living room with fireplace. The gorgeous kitchen in this home has quarts counter tops and is fully stocked with appliances and basic necessities. The bedrooms include; a master with double closets, ensuite bathroom and a king size bed, a queen room with ensuite, a second queen room, a bunk room with queen bunk beds, and a bonus room with a built in murphy bed. This truly unique house has plenty of room for everyone!

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Beautiful Place to Stay

Almost everything was amazing!
I would say that communication with the owners was phenomenal, as was the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the house. My only issues were (1) the house sleeps 16 (we had 12 people), but there wasn't appropriate cookware in the kitchen to cook for that many people; and (2) at least 2 of the beds are full size, when the rooms could easily hold queen/king sized beds. Otherwise, our stay was phenomenal and we appreciated the quick communication by the owners when issues arose!

Wonderful Nampa house

Great location and a park nearby-more suitable for families. Nice open living!
Stay was great/little short on cleanliness-I felt like we could have use some stuff to keep dishes up/dishwasher has a problem. Someone didn’t clean up after they’re animals and we had 8 grandchildren to avoid messes/but it was really well set up.

Great house, missing items
The house was great! Well equipped, clean. There was no soap in the bathrooms, just shampoo/conditioner. There was no iron or ironing board, and no blowdryer provided. The host said they must have been taken, but they were not replaced before we left.

Great Family Visit
We come to Idaho often to visit our son. We had most of our family with us which was 12 of us. 3 couples and 6 kids from ages 14 to 2. The house fit us all comfortably! The home was beautiful, clean and taken care of. The backyard needs a little love, it has great potential. We will be using this home when we come with our family again if they will have us! Thanks for helping our visit to be worry free.
