Check out was at Noon so we wanted to sleep late. Around 9:30-10 am the very loud fire alarm went off in our room. Apparently they were doing their yearly fire alarm testing for each room. By the time we packed our stuff to leave the fire alarm in our room went off 9 times within an hour. No one at the desk informed us when we checked in that they were doing the testing. If we had known in advance we would of chosen a different day or hotel. The elevators were disabled and my friend has bad knees so stairs were not a good option to get our bags downstairs. Basically we were stuck on the 2nd floor. They finally released one of the elevators per my request. There were no apologies offered regarding the inconvenience. Not sure I will stay there again. * We tried to check in 1.5 hours early & they charged us $30 early check in fee. The hotel was not busy and only had a handful of guests on a Monday night.

Great and beautiful hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel! It is in a quiet, safe area. They have great people willing to help with any need. My room was big with a large desk that helped keep all my stuff off the floor. The shower and bathroom were big with an abundance of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, I couldn't hear anyone else, which is a plus for sleeping. They accept dogs! I would definitely stay here again!

It was supposed to be pay on arrival...they charged my cc as soon as I made reservation when I wanted to pay by debit on arrival. Pillows were a joke, sheets & comforter were of the lowest quality. No extra comforter or pillows in room.

We liked it was nice and quiet. It was very clean the gal who checked us in was super sweet. The hot tub was hot!!!! ❤️ however, the breakfast was something to be improve upon. Section was low, some things only had a couple items out, the hot food was gross. The bacon so crispy it fell apart … at only 6:45 in the morning.

This was our third time in the last 8 months staying at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, every employee we have interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast. The only thing about this hotel that we do not like is how firm the beds are.

Really disappointed in this hotel. We spent over $200 for one night. The carpet turned my feet black, the walls had scuffs and stains, (even a footprint on one). Lots of grime on walls. Light bulb out in kitchen. Only one outlet between the two beds. It was roomy and the beds were comfortable, did have nice kitchen area. But I will NOT stay here again. This is the second time I have stayed at a Staybridge and it have cleanliness issues. I actually stayed at a Best Western suite up the road from this last time that was wayyy cleaner.

Great place to stay.

VERY, Friendly, helpful staff. Benny left our room clean and ready to use. Breakfast was good, and surroundings were clean. The beds were slightly too firm for our taste, but definitely not a huge problem.The indoor pool was amazing, the jacuzzi was great, and we’ll try to come back when we’re in the area! Thanks Peppertree staff😊
