Very bare bones but great price
The hotel is fine - very much get what you pay for. No big issues with service or cleanliness in the rooms, the one issue with the room is the shower is tiny. You can barely open the door and turn it on without flooding the rest of the bathroom. The common areas are a little more run down (in particular the gym - not much there). Only real downside vs. what was advertised was the hot tub on the roof was broken while we were there We stayed for one night - it was good for that.

I loved the location! Very walkable and felt safe. The staff, especially the breakfast ones, were awesome! The rooftop area was nice, but the hot tub didn’t have good jets. Elevators were quick and always available. We had one day with no water which really sucked but it’s not really the hotels fault. The beds were not very comfortable and there was a damn rooster waking us up super early but overall it was a great stay and a great price

This hotel charged me twice.
This hotel charged me twice. First online, and then when I checked-in by asking for my credit card - without my knowledge even! So I emailed them several times to refund my second payment - but they just ignored my messages. Please double-check when they ask for your credit card if they already pre-charged it.

Spotty Hotels team really gave me a great introduction to my travels in Columbia and was a great place to land. Everyone from the kind reception staff, the manager, the chef at breakfast who made sure the pan was clean before making my veggie breakfast and the cleaning ladies - all made me feel welcome & comfortable. Also stunning rooftop, appreciated the view from my free upgraded mountain room (to show some customer lI’ve after a small issue) 🙏, great art, and such positive messages around the hotel I’ll be back in a few weeks! I stayed in a very comfortable dorm room with an amazingly hot and powerful shower. The room was empty for most of my stay, so I had the dorm to myself. What I liked most about Spotty was that it has a co-working room on floor 12, where you can work in silence. The building was very secure. Everyone has to use their key card to get through the turnstiles in the lobby. The hotel was clean. The cleaners were very busy. The washing machine room was also very good. My one complaint is that the bar on floor 5 was too noisy for my room at night (the room was right next to the bar). However, the noise cancellation in this hotel is otherwise extremely good. I never heard a sound from any other room (apart from the bar at night when loud music was on).

The place is located close by the tourist attractions in Bogota. Unfortunately the room I stayed was dirty, I found a lot of long hair in the ground, the shower area has mold in the ground. The hotel never offered me any of the VIP benefits. PD. Make sure bring earplugs because there are a couple of roosters next door.

Super hostal!
Hostal très beau, moderne, très confortable. Bon service client, j'ai adoré mon expérience là. La vue est très belle et c'est à proximité des intérêts touristiques. La seule chose que j'ai teouvé inconfortable est qu'il devrait avoir un banc dans l'espace douche pour mettre nos affaires, ce n'était pas pratique. Je recommande cet endroit.
