The hotel staff was very wonderful, the dining was okay. However, for the amount of money that I paid for the stay, the room had limited area for my luggage, not enough room for two people to accommodate their luggage access. I had to put my luggage on the floor, then bend down to get my items, as there was no place to place my luggage for ease of access. The room was old and in need of upgrades. However, the room was very clean.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Bogota! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and confortable. The only down fall was having to pay taxes after already paid for my reservation through Expedia. Was a cost I was not expecting.

Good hotel, mind the current construction
Hotel is currently under construction that was moderately disruptive. Plus the property next door was under construction and they used a VERY loud pile driver all day that was right outside my window. Thursday night was some kind of party with a band and amateur fireworks that kept me up. Hotel restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast buffet also terrific. Probably 2 dozen restaurants within walking distance as was the very long and very safe malecon. Felt very safe in the area.
