I had 2 issues...the wifi was very weak and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost non existent. I use wifi a lot. It was enough that i checked out and went to another hotel.

The staff were very nice throughout the stay. The room was very nice. Room service was quick when we needed something. The process of checking in and out was very easy. I was there during my birthday and they left me a note a dessert which was a very nice gesture. The room and the hotel itself was clean. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in or around the hotel. Not sure if I’ll be back in Bogota, however, I’d stay here again!
