The room was not cleaned during the 10 days I was there. They only changed the towels and straightened the sheets. I complained at the reception about the uncleanliness and they cleaned it the next day, but nothing more. I have the photos and I'm going to upload them to Google so that it doesn't happen to anyone else again. (When I told the girl at the reception that my room was very dirty, she replied that it was in accordance with what I paid and that if I wanted any additional service I had to pay more.) It is not worth paying so much for this roadside motel. You can find much better ones for less money with professional people who love their work.

It was good as usual. Wi fi at room 312 was bad. Breakfast in this trip was not as good as back in august but I have to say that girls that run breakfast are on top of everything and deserve to be recognize. The pool is great. Staff is friendly and the location of this property is very special. BTW I been visiting this property way before it changed the name to grand park and I plan to keep staying at it when visiting bogota.

Bad experience overall. It says quiet rooms but you can hear everything in the hallway. In the morning security had the door locked, wouldn't let me leave. Brought me to the front desk for questioning. Apparently i looked like someone they were looking for. Asking me to show my room key would have given them the answers they wanted rather than holding me hostage for questioning. The desk did apologize tho. Not the best way to treat guests. But i am a foreigner. They were kind enough to change my room after my noise complaint because they knew that floor is always loud. After packing everything up and dealing w the malfunctioning elevator, the new room was occupied. So back to my old basement level room where the wifi doesnt connect. Quiet with wifi. 2 reasons i booked and 2 things that i didnt get. Along with being bothered by poorly executed security and no power outlets near the desk or bed, theres not a lot going on near the hotel anyway.

It was difficult to sleep through the night because there was noise from the street coming in through the windows. When i showered, I found 10 tiny flies and when i mentioned it to the staff upon checking out that day the only response was "oh okay." The location is walkable to museums and city "center" (in Candelaria at least) and they keep the front door staffed to monitor entry. The pool is very kid/family oriented so if you're looking to relax in or near it, the likelihood is low unless it's early in the morning.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Park for 5 nights as we were attending a wedding in Bogota. We were impressed with the size & cleanliness of the room and as an added bonus, we had a great view of the Monserrate from our window! The pool area was one of the cleanest that we have come across and the service from the bartenders was great. The area is quiet, despite being downtown and well located as we were able to walk to most attractions, restaurants, etc. We want to give a special shoutout to Diego at the front desk as he was so accommodating and absolutely lovely to interact with. We would definitely stay again if we return to Bogota in the future! Thank you for a great stay :)

El servicio de los recepcionistas es muy bueno, el staff en general fue muy amigable. Al momento de llagar al hotel me dieron una habitación super pequeña que no cumplía con las características de mi reservación, al efectuar la queja en el front desk procedieron a cambiarme de habitación, aunque si hubo la posposición no hay segundas oportunidades para una primera impresión. El hotel en general necesita un poco de mantenimiento de los pisos de los pasillos, colgadores de shampoo y Conditioner, colocar más perchas en la Hab y también colocar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, aunque el clima estaba fresco afuera, debido a que las ventanas no se pueden abrir no hay forma de que ventile la habitación y puede llegar a ser un poco incómodo. En general buen servicio al cliente pero la propiedad no le hace justicia.
