We enjoyed our room and the hotel facilities. Location was great, walking to 93 park. Breakfast was included and it was ok, and most things are gone if you arrive after 9:30am. We requested an ice bucket to the concierge but it was never delivered. Also the food from the hotel restaurant was not good, but we were glad that they stay open to serve their guests at their room at night.

First off, let me say, this is an awesome hotel if you want to explore the restaurants and shops at Parque 93 ... Why? Number one, security is excellent, staff are excellent (obviously hand picked, especially Neito, great guy) ... the free breakfast is fabulous, and sometimes, if they are not busy, they can make you an excellent cheese omelette ... I had three dishes from room service, and they were all good ... mushroom lasagna, meat ravioli in white sauce, and spaghetti Bolognese ... but, there are MANY restaurants, good ones, within walking distance ... also, a very cool Colombian hat store ... everything you need, is five minutes away ... including a currency exchange, a market with food and booze — the latter will save you a fortune, if you buy your own bread and meat, and booze ... and just bring it back to your room ... you just can't beat the location, folks ... yes, it's far from the airport, especially during rush hour, but it's also close to cool places you might want to visit, such as Candelaria and the Lourdes church ... anyway, I loved my week stay, I really did ... there is also a secure safe in the room, by the way ... so have no fear! Neighborhood is OK too ...

The Hotel is really nice. Breakfast with multiple options which we enjoyed. It's location is great, you are able to walk to the Park, multiple restaurants and if you want to stretch it even the Andino Mall.
