La gente siempre hace la diferencia. Y. En este hotel su gente especialmente en el restaurante fue espectacular. Mi única queja el mal servicio y poca amabilidad en el salón de belleza en verdad muy muy poco amables 😞. Pero afortunadamente no dejamos que el mal momento dañara la buena experiencia.

You are across the street from a safe large high quality mall with food court and many restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to pick up a taxi or an Uber ride. The hotel entrance is gated and manned by a guard 24 hours, The hotel has a typical Colombian architecture with great breakfast three in house restaurants and nice bar by the lobby. Good for leisure or business travel.

The hotel was clean and had a few places to eat, a nice courtyard. The coffee shop was very good with kind service. I recommend skipping the buffet breakfast and just ordering a la carte from the coffee shop if you want higher quality and more responsive service. Overall the place feels dated, reminded me of a high end Radisson from the 1980s, wood panelling, low ceilings in the lobby etc, but they keep it well maintained...1980s time machine

Needs big time updates in the rooms, night stands were not just old but damaged, bathroom door was not able to close, They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper, if you run of it, have to wait to for someone to bring one to your room. Little disappointed
