Great location in the historic center, close to everything important for a short visit. Reasonable shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Nice relaxing atrium courtyard. No real bar, but not necessary in this neighborhood. Not really accessible, i.e. stairs required to access property and rooms but no handrails.

Exceeded my expectations in everyway. Friendly and attentive staff always willing to please. Breakfast buffet generous and varied. The ancient structure is the star of the show including rooftop views across the Candelaria.

Not a great stay.
Not a great stay. The entry to the shower was extremely awkward and water everywhere. My door closed loosely so any movement in the hallway would make it sway with loud noice. The hotel was doing construction work in an adjacent hotel room and the paint used made the hallway and rooms smell like diesel all day. No fans or windows to open to let some air flow. Breakfast was bland, best part was the fruit. It was free so beggers can't be choosers. There's probably better hotel options in Zona G.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Nice room and great breakfast. The hotel is so much more interesting than a large chain. Good location in La Candaleria within easy walking distance of several museums and attractions and plenty of good restaurants. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff and service was excellent. Easy walk to Bolivar Plaza and shopping areas. A little longer walk, about 30 minutes to Monserrate. Everything except a few local restaurants shut down after dark.

A wonderful place that is close to all major sites. Service from all the staff was impeccable and the breakfast was great. Be sure to go to the restaurants in the hotel for great food and views. I will no doubt stay there again
