Property is well kept and the best stay closest to the airport. Staff is incredibly helpful. I booked an Andes view room but the hotel assigned me a City view upgrade which I declined. Cable TV and internet were going and coming my whole visit, reported it numerous times and was told they had problems with TIGO the cable provider. I had a medical problem and was told that a nurse would be up in an hour but my wife called two hours later and a security guard was sent up because the nurse had gone home. This was must 4th stay at this property and always have some sort of problem but the staff, amenities and restaurants make this hotel an enjoyable stay.
