Sink in the bathroom had black mold in it. The water was shut off for 24 hrs and they only gave me 12 hr warning and stated that I received notification but showed them I never did and gave me attitude about it and said well it was posted in the elevator. The guy at the reception I think Enrique had bad customer service and bad attitude. My medication pouch was delivered and was tampered with and he told me they would review the cameras to see if it was them, it took three days to get that video after asking day after day. Turns out it was not them but they did not give it priority. Have stayed there many times and this time the new workers seem to not be well versed in customer service.

Super stay, even if the pool and sauna was closed on Monday the only day I was there. Anyway I’ll book here again when I come back in Bogota because there is everything you need to relax and be comfortable before or after long travel. Very relaxing place in a big city.

I stayed at this property twice before in 4 different rooms. Once in the summer of 2022, and once in the spring of 2023. At that time, they used unscented products. Sometime between the spring of 2023 and now, they began using heavily fragranced products that are hazardous to anyone with fragrances sensitivities. This information isn't provided to you before booking. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. after traveling overnight from the U.S. After checking in, I went to my room and immediately had to walk out again for my health. I went downstairs right away and spoke to the desk manager. He asked me to wait and he would see if he could figure out a solution because staying in the room they gave me would have sent me to the hospital. By 8:30 that evening, no solution had been offered. He refunded me 6 of the 14 days I had booked and paid for and told me that I would need to contact Travelocity to get the remaining refund. I had no place to stay, so I contacted Travelocity at once. Travelocity told me they would open a ticket and speak with the property and I could expect a resolution within 72 hours. Then they worked with me to find another place to stay. The property has refused to refund the remainder of my money, stating that I should somehow have known that they had started using chemicals that are hazardous to my health. DO NOT STAY HERE. If they cause you health problems, they will steal your money and claim it is your fault. I would accept having to pay for 1 day, but not 8!

Studio type apartment with kitchen. Building has a small restaurant that does breafkast/coffee, pool, and a normal hotel sized gym. Conmected to the structure are 2 convenient shops, a normal gym and a food hall with various dining options. There is a Park next to the building, neighborhood itself does not have a lot of dining options. Zona G a 30 min walk.

Everyone at 72 Hub is excellent. The front desk staff is friendly and does everything possible to accomodate your needs. The property is lovely and the location is ideal for getting a taste of Bogotá. The beds were comfortable. All the utensils, cookware, dishes, and cutlery you'd need to cook was provided, though, unless you have specific dietary needs, you won't need to since the cafe on the 3rd floor and the Food Hall on the bottom floor are more than adequate to meet your culinary needs. Each unit has a full refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner cooktop, stove, washer, and space to hang clothing to dry. In the 2-bedroom, you have two full bathrooms and 2 full bedrooms that are equipped with excellent closets. When I checked out to change rooms, I didn't have to wait for my new room at all, which was definitely a relief. I will be returning in the spring, and I have no hesitation booking here again.
