Its the complete meaning of excellent Bed & Breakfast a pleasure to be there and appreciate good, as it should be, service based on customer satisfaction. In other words you will have a job to find better, exceptional value, rooms clean and comfortable, food exceptional and owners that make you feel wanted. not too far from Felpham

Pros: The facilities in the room especially the fan as it was a sweltering hot day, it seemed that if you needed something it was there.
Cons: The blinds could do with some maintenance
Location: Could not get on to Middleton beach as all the roads to the beach were through private estates, rather strange so went to Felpham instead
We enjoyed our stay at the Elmer, staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent, as it was on a Tuesday the breakfast was between 8 and 9 am, bit early as we were on holiday, but very good value and nicely presented. We very much appreciated the facilities of our room, hairdryer, fan, toiletries, towels,TV, shower was good, tea and coffee making equipment, the bed was comfortable, so no complaints at all. Only thing the blinds were a bit tricky to use need a bit of maintenance, I would recommend this hotel to stay in, very comfortable and clean room, nice bar.

What lovely location

Pros: The room was very clean and all the staff were very nice
Cons: The room was a lovley size tea and coffee in the room the bed was comfy The shower in room 1 was lovely and a good range of beer and lager in the bar down stairs
Location: Very peaceful location but very close to the sea perfect

Lärm!

Aufgrund des unterhalb geführten Pub's und der Musik war das Zimmer zu lärmig! Die vor dem Elmer durchgehende (Hauptstrasse) ist auch nicht wirklich toll!
