Confort Inn Staff are professional, helpful and courteous. The Facility is clean and organized. When in the Blytheville area I will look forward to another stay in the Inn. Keep up the good work - OUTSTANDING accomdations!
The bath tub was damage water would not drain completely out. Front desk agent wasn’t available some time. Had to go find her in the kitchen.

THEY got ANTS, STAY AWAY
I was there from Monday to a Friday checkout. Went ok Monday and Tuesday. On Weds around 430 ish pm i came to my room and found someone to my dirty towels and stripped my bed and pillows for new ones BUT they didn't come back and finish the job. So i called the front desk and the lady said she was about to get off duty and it wasn't her problem as she didn't know how to make a bed.... come on lady you know how to make a bed but was gonna blow me off and give it to the incoming clerk. So about 15 mins the maint man came and gripped the whole time it wasn't his job either. So after fixing my bed issues i was working on my PC and the next thing i know ants was crawling all over the table... so once again i call the front desk... and the lady tells me...its that time of the year and that's when they come in the hotel....so im on the 3rd and highest floor so that's another lie....yall got ants all over the hotel... so 3 nights in fighting ants in all of my stuff. So come to find out Manager runs this hotel and the other 1 in town.

Had to call the front desk upon check-in as the TV sound would not come on no matter what I tried.
I finally got it sorted out after about 45 min. You had to get up/go to the side and then aim remote at satellite TV box in order for it to change channels.
Discovered on the second am that the door to room didn't lock when leaving the room. Probably didn't work all weekend. I called the front desk to alert them.
"Thanks for letting us know". No apology for complete lack of security.
They did have nice towels......
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is a little dated, but it had a nice indoor pool area and the family rooms were great for 5 people.
