The room wans't cleaned. We stayed for two days with the room not tidied. They didn't give any complimentary, as for example a courtesy parking. However, we did pay for clean room, and didn't get it. The breakfast room couldn't afford the number of people having breakfast.

Razoável, bom atendimento, quarto limpo e cheiroso, porém parece menor que os 28m2 da descrição e o barulho incomoda, mesmo com a porta e janela fechadas. Ruídos de cadeira sendo arrastada, gritos de crianças, carros passando na rua, cachorro latindo, tudo isso pode ser bem ouvido do quarto. Qualquer barulho vindo do banheiro do próprio quarto também parece amplificado e incomoda bastante. Sem contar que o exaustor não parece funcionar, mantendo-se úmido e quente, depois de um banho, transforma-se numa sauna.

Infelizmente no cafe da manha do última dia, e com o hotel cheio de hóspedes, vivemos a experiência de ver apenas 2 funcionários se esforçando ao máximo para prestar o melhor serviço, pois os demais companheiros da cozinha faltaram ao dia de serviço!!! Pilhas de pratoa, talhes xicaras espalhadas pelas mesas sujas! Eles em apenas 2 corriam pra repor o que ja muita coisa faltava no buffet... e limpar as pilhaa de pratos! Lamentável ver este tipo de atitude de profissionais que deixam seus colegas a sofrer sozinhos e parabens aos 2 profissionais que muitos trabalharam para tentar servir aos hóspedes no buffet de cafe da manhã!
