Quarto com cheiro de mofo. Água quente não aquecia o suficiente. Pouquíssimo isolamento acústico. Café da manhã razoável, especificamente os ovos mexidos aguados. Estacionamento externo fica uma lama quando chove.

O preço foi bom e era perto do local aonde tinha um curso. O café da manhã tmb, foi bom. A única reclamação foi por não terem me dado mais travesseiro, tinha apenas dois e bem finos. Outra coisa foi o barulho de pinga pinga do ar condicionado de cima do quarto batendo no do meu quarto foi bem irritante.

O hotel é antigo mas bom. Os quartos são grandes mas muito antigos. O quarto que nos hospedou tem uma banheira de hidro desativada, rachada e em péssimo estado e tomamos banhos em cima dela. Banheiro grande mas e precisando de reforma, urgente. Assim como de ducha higiênica.

Melhora estrutura e limpeza do local.
As fotos não condizem com a realidade do local, úmido e cheirando a mofo. Além de areia no chão do quarto. Fomos recebidos sem toalhas e cobertores ao fazer o checkin. Conseguimos indo até a recepção.

O hotel é simples e antigo. Costumo ficar aqui a cada 2 meses, mas dessa vez o atendimento foi ruim na recepção e não arrumaram o quarto em nenhum dos dias que fiquei aqui (nem sequer tiraram o lixo). O chão do quarto estava sujo e qualidade do café da manhã piorou.

Hotel bem localizado, porém me cobraram um adicional pela minha filha de tres anos (que dorme na mesma cama que eu e quase não come no café da manhã) - O hotel não tinha cobertas, a porta do banheiro estava caindo a fechadura. Aparência de velho e descuidado mesmo. Me ligaram três da manhã da recepção para se certificar qual era o meu carro (não perguntaram no check-in um dia antes, em horário decente).
