This top floor condo offers one king bedroom with bath suite, one queen bedroom with bath across the hall, large kitchen and spacious family area with nice view through the balcony doors. Condo is right across from the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and only sound you hear is the train whistle calling the people aboard. Enjoy people watching and a view of the many shops and restaurants while having beverages on the private balcony with patio furniture for 4. Blue Ridge Station offers 24 hour security coded entry, elevator access to all floors, and great location for walking to all things downtown. There is assigned covered parking for one vehicle and additional unassigned parking on first come first serve basis. The condo has large TVs in both bedrooms and family area for relaxing after a day of seeing all the sights. You will love the condo that feels like a very nice, clean, well appointed, comfortable home away from home.

Perfect location

Look no further! This is the perfect place, in the perfect location to see the North Georgia mountains! The condo is in a beautiful building and the unit itself is excellently appointed. It’s like staying in a Lucy hotel but more like home.

Upscale Condo in the heart of downtown
Everything was a "10", but above that was the owner. Ann answered all our questions really fast. She even texted to ask how we were doing!! My sister and I were there to visit family, and we have never been treated so well. We would love to come back. We felt like we were in a friend's home, and we both said we didn't want to leave. This condo is only 4 years old, but it looked like we were the first ones to stay there. It was so clean and tastefully decorated.

Mother-Daughter Weekend Getaway
We enjoyed our stay immensely in this lovely condo, so comfortable, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and shopping, and right across the street from the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway Station. Mercier Orchards is also less than two miles away. Everything was perfect!

Bit city amenities in a relaxing small town setting
This place is AMAZING!!! My mom and I took a long weekend to relax and take the scenic train ride. We felt that we had everything in the condo that you would have at a five star hotel in downtown Chicago, but in the relaxing comfort of the a small mountain town. It is walking distance to anything you could think of. The beds were quite comfortable. WiFi was fast. We couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're on the fence, just go ahead and book!

Perfect Condo!
We had a girl’s trip to Blue Ridge and could not have picked a better place to stay! The condo is new and beautiful and comfortable. It’s centrally located in downtown and we were able to walk everywhere! My friends and I have booked another stay here for next year and I hope to bring my husband as well. I cannot say enough about how beautiful and comfortable this condo in Downtown Blue Ridge is! The location is absolutely perfect…close to everything in downtown, but also so quiet and relaxing. The condo has everything you could possibly need or want. The property manager was so attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and our stay. You definitely want to book your stay here…we are already planning another visit!

Great Property, stay experience and owner
This place is perfect. Very well appointed, right in town and surrounded by restaurants, shops and couple local breweries. This place has everything you need. Great King size bed, washer/dryer, nice kitchen and bathrooms, very cool dining table (though we didn’t actually use that). Anyway, highly recommend if you are planning to come to Blue ridge and want to be in town for convenience and easy access to amenities.
