It was quite a good stay at Comfort Inn and suites. Everything was just as we would like it. Conveniently located off a major highway, it was located in a quiet, elevated setting. we were not overly impressed with housekeeping on demand. Everything we ask for on the request sheet was provided, however, when we received our request, it was in a plastic bag left at the door. We expected the items to be placed inside the room at least. On our request for additional coffee, we quite naturally expected additional cups, sugar, creamer, etc. Our expectation is that Housekeeping would have come into the room to restore the items. All in all, though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Terrible and uncomfortable!
Sheets were dirty. Pillow cases had makeup on them. We were put in a handicap room on bottom floor. Bed was almost all the way on the ground. Bed was terrible!! Power went out at 2am, no storms in area or anything. Power was out for at least 3hrs. No communication or anything. Breakfast was terrible and cold. Neighbors were loud. Bathroom had not been throughly cleaned. Toilet paper was used and hair in shower, scum on railings. This was for a birthday trip for my mom, and was over $400 for one night!!! We’ve stayed many times in BR as we have family there and enjoy the town. I will NEVER be staying at the property again!

Every thing was good but the beds here are super soft. My back hates them. The breakfast is good. The rooms are simple no frills and for the cost are high. Not many amenities here. This is my 2nd stay. But for whats here, its high.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Our room was clean, and the front desk and service staff were very friendly and helpful. Our third floor view was amazing. The only complaint we have is not being able to control the room temperature from a traditional hotel floor unit or wall thermostat.
