When we checked in we were told they we working on the water heater and it would be about an hour until it was fixed. By 10:30pm it still wasn’t fixed. No shower and we had a train ride in the morning. Got up at 5:30. Water was orange and lukewarm that turned completely cold before I could finish my shower. All in all a horrible experience.

Pretty darn good visit and stay...

...and I know "darn good" doesn't sound like your ordinary review, but yeah, it was all pretty darn good. It'd've been an "excellent" stay (and I know this'll sound relatively lame) had there been some sort of cable TV card detailing which channels had what on them (especially when there's a ten second delay moving from channel to channel - just to find a commercial playing)... but even more annoying than that? Having to sign in and watch a "sponsor video" every morning and every night just to get on the wifi. In this day and age that's unacceptable - forcing us to listen to a video detailing how "everything is on sale now" at Joann's Fabrics, just sucks. Especially as we all know "private equity douchelords" screwed Joann's Fabrics over, ruining a long-standing great business. As an aside, all PEDs (Private Equity Douchelords) can die in a fire.

The stay was great, hotel was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Our Family ranged from 5 years to 68 years. Everyone was very satisfied with the complete stay. The great grandsons 5 and 8 were very impressed with the breakfast selections.
