Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The hotel and room were clean. The parking was easy and accessible. There was a nice indoor pool. It was located in a nice place near good restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Everything was great.

Breakfast was great especially when traveling with family. Plenty of options for everyone. The hotel was clean inside and out. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The inside pool was not heated so it was chilly. Loved the idea of the inside pool though.

We found a live roach in our room. Newer hotel, heated indoor pool and the young male at the front desk (afternoon shift) was pleasant. Breakfast, eggs, bacon and waffle maker. We reported the live roach to a young girl in the morning shift and she was indifferent. Overall a nice hotel with an unpleasant experience.

Very clean room. Bathroom is clean as well. No issues other than Small pillows. Front desk night shift lady was very nice even when she was busy. 12/30/2025 Decided on a last minute stay booked through Expedia did not have any trouble with getting my room booked.

The front desk staff upon check in and other times were rude and unfriendly! While waiting to check in the two fro t desk girls felt it more important to chat than wait in several customers waiting to check in.
